Between April and September 2009:

• 63% of our clients were aged between 25 and 49
• 50.5% of our clients were women
• 63% of our clients were not in work (49% looking for work, 14% not looking for work)
• 55% of our clients had qualifications at Level 2* and below.  (37% of our clients had qualifications below Level 2.)

*Level 2 qualifications are GCSE grades A-C, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.

What services did our clients use?

Between April and September 2009:

• We delivered 1656 one-to-one guidance interviews
• 1590 clients participated in group guidance
• We answered 2132 enquiries

Where are our clients from?

In addition to EGSA's Belfast office, we have 8 offices across N Ireland.  Our clients come from all areas of N Ireland, with the greatest numbers from Belfast (33%).
